Browser Compatibility Help

This site requires certain browser features for authentication to work properly. If you are experiencing authentication issues, please check the information below.

Required Browser Features

For authentication to work correctly, your browser must support:

  • Cookies: Cookies must be enabled in your browser.
  • SameSite=None cookies: Required for cross-site authentication flows (SAML2, OAuth).
  • Third-party cookies: Required for Service Provider (SP) initiated Single Sign-On (SSO) flows.
  • Secure cookies: Required for HTTPS connections.

Browser-Specific Instructions

Google Chrome

Enable Third-Party Cookies

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Click "Privacy and security" in the left sidebar
  4. Click "Third-party cookies"
  5. Select "Allow third-party cookies"
  6. Refresh this page

Note: Chrome 114+ supports the Partitioned attribute for third-party cookies. If you have an older version, please update Chrome.

Safari

Enable Cross-Site Tracking

  1. Click "Safari" in the menu bar
  2. Select "Preferences" (or "Settings" on macOS Ventura+)
  3. Click the "Privacy" tab
  4. Uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking"
  5. Refresh this page

Note: Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP) may still block some cookies. If issues persist, try disabling ITP temporarily.

Mozilla Firefox

Enable Third-Party Cookies

  1. Click the three-line menu (☰) in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Settings" (or "Preferences" on macOS)
  3. Click "Privacy & Security" in the left sidebar
  4. Under "Cookies and Site Data", uncheck "Block cookies and site data"
  5. Or select "Custom" and uncheck "Third-party cookies"
  6. Refresh this page

Note: Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection may block some cookies. You may need to disable it for this site.

Microsoft Edge

Enable Third-Party Cookies

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Click "Cookies and site permissions" in the left sidebar
  4. Click "Third-party cookies"
  5. Select "Allow"
  6. Refresh this page

Note: Edge 114+ supports the Partitioned attribute for third-party cookies. If you have an older version, please update Edge.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Authentication fails repeatedly
This usually means third-party cookies are blocked. Follow the browser-specific instructions above to enable them.
SAML2 SSO doesn't work
SAML2 requires third-party cookies for cross-site authentication. Make sure they are enabled in your browser.
Microsoft 365 OAuth doesn't work
OAuth flows require third-party cookies. Check your browser settings and ensure cookies are enabled.
CSRF token errors
If you see CSRF token errors, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page.
